BOOKING POLICY
To ensure we can accommodate your cake order, we kindly request 1-3 weeks' notice before your event date. For the best chance of securing your desired date, we recommend placing your order 2-3 weeks in advance.
Orders placed less than one week in advance require full payment at the time of booking and may be subject to a rush fee.
Our cakes are made in a home kitchen where wheat, dairy, soy, and nuts are present. Due to the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot accommodate orders from individuals with food allergies to these ingredients.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making your event extra special!
A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total order amount is required to secure your booking. You may also choose to pay in full at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one day before pickup, or you can pay it in full with cash at pickup.
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or order changes. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms.
PICK UP POLICY
We are pleased to offer flexible pickup options for your convenience. You can select a pickup time from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, unless otherwise stated. Please ensure that you are available at the designated time, as we cannot guarantee pickups outside of this window.
To help us serve you better, we kindly ask that you be on time for your scheduled pickup. If you are unable to make the scheduled time, please notify us at least 2 hours ahead of time to reschedule. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling to my next available time and/or a $15 late fee.
