Placing an order is simple: Just complete the inquiry form or call us for more details.  Your scheduled order date is confirmed once we receive either full payment or a 50% deposit. Full payment is required one week prior to pickup date.  

Due to the level of detail, customization, and care we dedicate to each cake, we can only take on a limited number of orders per day. To ensure your date is available, we recommend reaching out as soon as you know the date and venue of your event. In general, we suggest placing your order at least 1-3 weeks in advance.

While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, availability is not guaranteed, and a rush order fee may apply. Please contact us to check availability, and we’ll be happy to provide more details.

Yes, we deliver to locations within Honolulu only. Delivery fees are determined based on the distance and size of your order.  

Cake pickups can be scheduled between 3pm and 8pm. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled pickup without at least two hour's prior notice to reschedule, your pickup will be moved to my next available time and a $15 late fee will be added to your balance. Please respect my schedule, as I may have other appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
